Digital Live Zoo

• The cams were found by searching YouTube in 14 languages. City cams, news, music loops, “cat TV” and documentary reruns were left out, so every cam here is a real live view of animals.
• Each cam is tagged with its place, time zone and habitat. “Awake now” keeps the cams where it is between 5 am and 8 pm locally.
• The Main Stage changes every 45 seconds and follows your filters, so choose Africa and it tours Africa. Press “Touring the planet” to stay on one cam.
• A wall plays up to 9 cams at once. Tap “Sound” on a tile to hear that one.
• The list is checked every hour: restarted streams get their new link, dead ones are removed, and new cams are added a few times a day.

Every video plays from its owner’s channel through YouTube’s own player. Some owners block playback on other sites; those cams open on YouTube instead. Recording or re-editing a stream for anything public needs the cam owner’s permission.
